Pullman & Comley Cybersecurity, Privacy and Infrastructure Protection attorney Steven Bonafonte was a speaker for the Society for Information Management.  Steve discussed some of the key current legal issues in cybersecurity and data privacy.  He also discussed the standard of care in order to protect against a negligence case in cybersecurity matters, understanding legal exposure in contracts and whether CyberInsurance makes sense.
