CLE PROGRAM: Social Media: Legal, Ethical, and Practical Considerations for Lawyers

Attorney David P. Atkins spoke on a panel on Social Media: Legal, Ethical, and Practical Considerations for Lawyers presented by the Federal Bar Council. With the explosion of social networking and user generated content, social media pervades our lives and, increasingly, our profession. But what exactly are the rules of the road applicable to how lawyers can — and can’t — leverage this new phenomenon?

The discussion was moderated by The Hon. Janet C. Hall, Chief United States District Judge for the District of Connecticut.

Date: Monday, May 21, 2018
Time: 6:00-8:00 p.m.
