Attorney Robert Hinton Discussed Human Resource Law at the National Business Institutes Seminar

In October, Robert Hinton, an attorney in Pullman & Comley’s Labor, Employment Law & Employee Benefits Department presented a seminar titled "Human Resource Law from A to Z" at the National Business Institutes two-day seminar.

The seminar addressed complicated issues that arise in the day-to-day operations of any human resources department, including all of the hot-button issues that every HR professional should know, not only to avoid lawsuits, but to ensure that all employees are happy and productive. Topics included how to handle employee leaves, problem behaviors in the workplace, and the essential information that should be included in employee handbooks.
