SEMINAR: Attorney Mark Sommaruga to Discuss FOIA at Municipal Leaders Luncheon

Pullman & Comley attorney Mark Sommaruga, a member of both the firm's Labor, Employment Law and Employee Benefits Department and its School Law section, presented at the Connecticut Council of Small Towns' (COST) "Workshop for New and Returning Municipal Leaders." Mark, a frequent speaker on the Freedom of Information Act, discussed the Act and how it affects municipalities in a session titled "Freedom of Information Laws - What You Need To Know." 

The seminar was held on Decemeber 8, 2015, at the State Capitol in Hartford, CT.
