Pullman and Comley attorney Joshua A. Hawks-Ladds, chair of the firm's Labor, Employment Law and Employee Benefits Department, was a panelist for the Connecticut River Valley Chamber of Commerce Speaker Series, "Wage & Hour Issues."

Attorney Hawks-Ladds and his co-panelists discussed the new Federal Overtime law, "Defining and Delimiting the Exemptions for Executive, Administrative, Professional, Outside Sales and Computer Employees under the Fair Labor Standards Act" that will become effective on December 1, 2017 and how it impacts most employers.
