Lee D. Hoffman to Present at BCONE's Northeast Sustainable Communities Workshop

Lee D. Hoffman, co-chair of Pullman & Comley's Environmental and Brownfield Redevelopment practices, will present at the 2022 Northeast Sustainable Communities Workshop. This year's theme is "A New Era for Equitable Development" and is hosted by the Brownfield Coalition of the Northeast.

The focus of the session led by Lee and his two co-presenters is on the various benefits and challenges of developing a solar array on former landfills and Brownfield Cleanup Program sites.  The presentation will also cover landfill solar design challenges from a civil design perspective, permitting considerations, regulatory compliance and interaction with state agencies, consideration of climate change during the design phase and lessons learned from past projects.
