Judge Marshall Berger (Ret.) to Speak at the 2025 Annual Meeting and Environmental Conference
Judge Marshall K. Berger, Jr. (Ret.) will be a featured speaker at the Connecticut Association of Conservation and Inland Wetlands Commissions’ (CACIWC) upcoming 2025 Annual Meeting and Environmental Conference. Judge Berger, who retired from the bench in 2022 after nearly 34 years as a Superior Court Judge, is now a member of Pullman & Comley’s Alternative Dispute Resolution practice, where he focuses on the mediation of land use, zoning, environmental and construction matters.
This year’s keynote panel will examine emerging threats to wetlands and other sensitive habitats, and how regulators, municipalities and practitioners can respond. Judge Berger will address updated legal and regulatory approaches to inland wetlands law.
