Diane W. Whitney to Discuss “Building the 21st Century Lawyer: What Does it Take to Be an Effective Lawyer These Days?”

Diane W. Whitney, chair of Pullman & Comley’s Land Use practice, will be a panelist at a seminar entitled “Building the 21st Century Lawyer: What Does it Take to Be an Effective Lawyer These Days?” hosted by Quinnipiac University School of Law. The panelists will present data on several comprehensive studies of practitioners who were asked to rank the most important skills and knowledge for the practice of law. Each panelist will also comment on one “new” aspect of practice. The program will conclude by discussing how best to prepare students for 21st Century practice.
