2015 Water Policy Conference

Pullman & Comley Cybersecurity, Privacy and Infrastructure Protection attorney Steven Bonafonte was a speaker at the 2015 Water Policy Conference of the Association of Metropolitan Water Agencies (AMWA).  Steve discussed the potential liabilities that a company may face due to cyber security incidents.  Additionally, he addressed the evolving legal "standard of care" with regard to cybersecurity as well as cyber risk transfer and risk acceptance.
