Attorney Joshua Hawks-Ladds, chair of Pullman & Comley’s Labor, Employment & Employee Benefits practice, presented on Labor Contract Negotiations: Best Practices and Developing Cost Saving Proposals in Session C from 3:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.

- Arbitration factors and how they inform negotiations
Attorney Mark J. Sommaruga, vice chair of Pullman & Comley's Labor, Employment & Employee Benefits practice, also participated in a workshop entitled, "Social Media for Municipal Attorneys." The session addressed social medial use by public employees and related free speech and discipline issues. This workshop took place from 1:45 - 2:45 p.m.
