Trusts and Estates Paralegal
Pullman & Comley, LLC is seeking a full time paralegal to join our Trusts and Estates practice. The position will be based in our Hartford office.
The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in the administration of complex estates and trusts. Candidates should have extensive experience preparing estate and gift tax returns, familiarity with the generation-skipping transfer tax, administering small to large estates from probate through final settlement, and all other aspects of estate and trust administration, including preparation of estate and trust accountings.
Paralegal candidates should possess the ability to understand and assist attorneys with estate and income tax and other issues related to estate and trust administration. We are also looking for proven skills in project management, organization, the ability to work independently as part of a team and client relations as well as experience with Onesource/FPS is a must.
