Representing the Capital Region Development Authority in Redeveloping Downtown Hartford

The Firm has represented the Capital Region Development Authority in connection with the first phase of Hartford's Downtown North redevelopment project, a $250 million plan for a mix of housing, entertainment and retail development surrounding Dunkin' Donuts Park.  Our work will support the construction of 270 apartments in buildings with street-level restaurant and retail space, along with a 330-space parking garage.
