UPDATED June 1, 2020

To our clients and friends:

As Connecticut and the rest of the country begin the steps of reopening the economy, we wanted to provide you with an update on Pullman & Comley.

The health and well-being of our employees and clients remain our utmost priority.  Our offices are open, with extensive safety protocols in place that include daily health screening, frequent cleaning and sanitizing, and social distancing guidelines in compliance with the Centers for Disease Control recommendations and Governor Lamont’s executive orders.  At no point are more than 50 percent of our employees in the office at a given time; all of us can work remotely with appropriate support, with no interruption to operations.

If you are planning a visit to our office for a meeting or to sign documents, it must be scheduled in advance and your Pullman & Comley attorney will be in touch regarding safety procedures.

Our attorneys continue to closely monitor the legal implications for businesses in responding to COVID-19 and have been responding to a broad range of client questions. Visit our COVID-19 Focus page for a summary of the advisories that we have published and recordings of our webinar series on related topics.

We know that returning to “normal” will not happen overnight, but will need to be done gradually, as we watch the data carefully and gain a greater understanding of the prevention and treatment of this disease.  We all must work together to reduce our risk of exposure and protect those who are most vulnerable in our communities.  Know that all of us at Pullman & Comley are committed to providing you with uninterrupted support as we navigate these challenging times and begin to look forward with cautious optimism.  We are here for you whatever lies ahead.  Our best wishes for the health of you and your families.

Should you have any questions, please contact your Pullman & Comley attorney, or contact us at info@pullcom.com.
