Melinda Kaufmann, Zachary Schurin and Stephen Sedor to Speak at CAS Annual Conference

Topics Include School Climate, Student Discipline and Student Search and Seizure

Pullman & Comley School Law attorneys Melinda Kaufmann, Zachary Schurin and Stephen Sedor will speak at the annual Connecticut Association of Schools (CAS) leadership conference at the Mystic Marriott in Groton, Connecticut on March 14, 2024.  Melinda, Zach and Steve will each host breakout sessions during the conference with presentations entitled Student Search and Seizure: Best Practices in the Digital Age, School Climate and Bullying Response Obligations and Student Discipline from Removal from Class to Expulsion.  Each session is designed to give administrators an overview of practical legal considerations and will include ample time for questions.
