Please join us for the return of Pullman & Comley's Labor & Employment law practice's annual Working Together Webinar Series, covering a variety of relevant labor and employment topics.

The first webinar in the series will take place on Wednesday, December 13 and be moderated by co-chair of the firm's Labor, Employment Law and Employee Benefits practice Megan Y. Carannante. Attorneys Jonathan B. Orleans and Bianca LoGiurato will discuss best practices for managing employees suffering from mental health issues, covering:

  • A refresher on employer obligations under the ADA, the FMLA, and the Connecticut FMLA;
  • how to provide support for mental health and neurodivergent employees in the workplace;
  • cannabis legalization and its effect on workplace policies, including drug testing issues; and
  • how documentation and following workplace policies can help mitigate future problems.
