Overview
Robert C. Hinton is a versatile business and employment litigator with a multifaceted practice spanning over two decades. Throughout his career, Bob has tried and litigated a wide variety of cases in state and federal courts in both Connecticut and New York, and has represented a wide range of clients from small business owners to Fortune 500 companies. Bob has extensive experience in the area of business litigation, employment litigation, noncompete agreements, and unfair and/or deceptive trade practices. Bob has also proven to be a valued and trusted resource to his clients by conducting independent investigations and providing crisis management advice to avoid or limit legal exposure and reputational harm. Bob is a West Point graduate and served more than eight years on active duty in the United States Army prior to beginning his legal career.
