Individual Clients

In additional to the legal services we provide businesses, government and nonprofit clients, Pullman & Comley represents individuals on their personal legal matters.  Our individual client services practice works with other practice groups at the firm to provide a full range of legal services to individual clients.

Our Trusts and Estates practice counsels clients on all aspects of individual estate and gift tax planning, charitable giving and philanthropic planning, estate settlement, trust administration, adoptions, conservatorships and guardianships.

We also represent individual clients on many matters that are not strictly related to estate planning or estate and trust administration. This includes representation on family business matters (including succession planning) and residential real estate matters.  Our Family Law practice represents clients in all aspects of family mediation and litigation.

Our Probate Litigation practice includes members of our Litigation, Trusts & Estates and Family Law practices and draws upon our extensive experience in probate, state and federal trial and appellate courts to resolve our clients' disputes in and out of court.
