Lisa S. Lagerloef

Lisa S. Lagerloef is an accomplished paralegal with more than 30 years of legal industry experience and 20 years of experience working in residential real estate transactions.  She routinely interacts with clients, title insurance companies, real estate agents, lenders, attorneys and municipal building departments. Lisa actively participates in residential real estate closings, including drafting sale/purchase agreements, ordering and reviewing title searches and preparing closing and lender documentation. She also manages all post closing matters, including review of executed loan documents for lender instruction compliance, paying off mortgages and closing disbursements, monitoring escrow agreements, confirming accuracy of mortgage releases and final title policies and preparation of closing binders. Lisa is a notary public for the State of Connecticut.
