Pullman & Comley attorney James T. Shearin, chair of the firm's Litigation Department, together with William Clendenen, Jr. of Clendenen & Shea and John R. Logan of Logan & Mencuccini LLP, authored an article about the importance of an independent judiciary and the danger of allowing popular public opinion to influence court decisions. Attorneys Shearin, Clendenen and Logan are co-chairs of the Connecticut Bar Association's Fair and Impartial Courts Committee.
