Labor & Employment Attorney Dan Schwartz commented on the likelihood of increased federal investigation into possible violations of wage and hour laws in a September 21, 2009, article in the Connecticut Law Tribune, "It Could be Payback Time." According to Schwartz, the number of wage and hour cases he's seen has remained steady in recent years. "We've seen some increased publicity about it. We still see those cases, but it’s not as though we’ve seen a spike in the state,” Schwartz said.
