BRIDGEPORT, Connecticut: Pullman & Comley attorney Michael N. His experience includes extensive trial work before employment regulation agencies such as the Equal Employment Opportunities Commission, the Connecticut Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities, the Workers Compensation Commission, state and federal Departments of Labor, the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs and the National Labor Relations Board.
Mr. LaVelle was recently honored by the Kennedy Center, one of the largest and most comprehensive rehabilitation facilities in the State of Connecticut, with the “Evelyn M. Kennedy Award” for dedication and exceptional service to persons with disabilities. In addition to his work at the Kennedy Center, Mr. LaVelle serves as an officer and director of the Connecticut Association of Municipal Attorneys and is the chairman and serves on the board of directors for the Homes for the Brave, an organization that provides support and resources for homeless veterans. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Harvard College and his Juris Doctorate from Boston University.
