PRESS RELEASE: Adam S. Mocciolo Named a Member of The Firm

BRIDGEPORT, Conn.:  Pullman & Comley, LLC has named attorney Adam S. Mocciolo as a member of the firm, the law firm reported today.

Adam is a multidisciplinary business lawyer who practices in both the firm’s Litigation Department and its Labor, Employment Law, and Employee Benefits Department.  In particular, he litigates sophisticated, high value commercial lawsuits, handles intellectual property matters, provides full-spectrum employment law counseling and advocacy to employers, and heads the firm’s business immigration practice.  He has practiced with Pullman & Comley since 2008.

An active member of the legal community, Adam serves as a Vice Chair of the Immigration and Naturalization Committee of the American Bar Association’s Section of International Law, as Co-Chair of the Civil Rules Committee of the Connecticut Bar Association’s Federal Practice Section, and on the Board of Editors for the Connecticut Bar Journal

Adam also holds board positions for a number of community organizations including the Cardinal Shehan Center, Inc. and The Discovery Museum, Inc.. Adam is the recipient of the 2013 Connecticut Law Tribune’s  “New Leaders in the Law” award and has been named to the Super Lawyers “Connecticut Rising Stars” list since 2013.  He is rated AV Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell, a peer-review rating system for the legal profession.
