"The labor lawyers are in the trenches every day on these issues," according to Josh. "Overtime issues come up frequently when advising employer clients. Many more worker complaints are handled through the Department of Labor than end up in costly class action suits. As such, employment lawyers spend a lot of time debating who should be classified as overtime eligible and who shouldn't be."
