IN THE NEWS: David Atkins Reviews Filing Deadlines for Counsel Applications

Pullman & Comley Litigation Department Chair David Atkins wrote a memo to the members of the Westchester-Southern Connecticut Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel(WESFACCA) about the filing deadlines for Authorized House Counsel Applications in Connecticut.

The memo states: "This is a reminder that an individual wishing to apply for certification as an 'Authorized House Counsel' in Connecticut must timely submit his or her application to the Connecticut Bar Examining Committee or face a potential investigation by disciplinary authorities for engaging in the unauthorized practice of law."
