Pullman & Comley School Law and Labor and Employment attorney Mark Sommaruga was quoted in "New Book Shares FOI Law 'War Stories'" an article about his new book on the Freedom of Information Act.

According to Mark, "The purpose of the book is to provide guidance to [municipal] agencies that are seeking to navigate the maze of edicts and exceptions associated with the FOIA. The book itself has gotten progressively bigger, because there are more issues to include."

Mark's book was published through the Connecticut Association of Boards of Education and copies are available for purchase through CABE's website.
