PRESS RELEASE: Pullman & Comley Attorneys Brion J. Kirsch and Adam S. Mocciolo Selected For "New Leaders in the Law" Award

BRIDGEPORT, Conn.:  Pullman & Comley, LLC attorneys Brion J. Kirsch and Adam S. Mocciolo were honored at the annual Connecticut Law Tribune’s “New Leaders of the Law” awards dinner held at The Bond Ballroom in Hartford.  Both attorneys were chosen for the award from among 300 attorneys nominated within the Connecticut bar.

Hailed as celebrating “Connecticut’s Up and Coming Legal Minds,” the “New Leaders of the Law” award honors attorneys admitted to the bar for ten years or less who have made important contributions to their profession and their communities.  The award is given to those who are considered to be role models for the legal profession.  In total, 60 attorneys who reflected the breadth of Connecticut’s legal community were selected for the award.

Mr. Kirsch is a member of the Real Estate Department and practices in the firm’s commercial finance, green development and financial restructuring groups.  He represents national, regional and community banks as well as other types of lending institutions and borrowers in both asset-based and real estate financial transactions.  He is an Executive Committee Member of the Real Property Section of the Connecticut Bar Association, member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and the Greater Bridgeport Bar Association.  Mr. Kirsch volunteers and is a fund raiser for both the March of Dimes and Hearing Loss Association of America.

Mr. Mocciolo is a member of the Litigation Department and practices in the firm’s banking; business disputes; immigration; intellectual property litigation; professional liability; labor, employment law and employee benefits; and white collar, criminal defense and corporate investigations groups.  He provides business-focused representation in numerous practice areas to clients ranging from Fortune 500 firms to local start-ups.  Mr. Mocciolo is a member of the Immigration Steering Committee for the American Bar Association; a member of the Executive Committee for the Federal Practice Section of the Connecticut Bar Association; and is a member of the Greater Bridgeport Bar Association; the American Immigration Lawyers Association; the Federal Bar Council; and the Raymond E. Baldwin Inn of Court.  He is on the board of directors for the Bridgeport Arts and Cultural Council and the City Lights Gallery, and is involved with the Fairfield Democratic Town Committee.
