IN THE NEWS: Attorney Dan Schwartz Comments on Child Labor Laws in Connecticut

Pullman & Comley Labor and Employment Attorney Daniel A. Schwartz was quoted in "Where Do Parental Rights End and Children's Rights Begin?", an article about child labor laws in Connecticut and the recent claim by the owners of a Connecticut pizzeria that these labor laws violate the constitutional rights of parents to teach their children the family business. 

According to Dan, "The government has a compelling argument -- safety.  The courts have usually erred on the side of legislative action to protect the safety of minors."
