Elizabeth Austin, the bankruptcy attorney for Kay LeRoy, an owner of landmark restaurant Tavern on the Green, was quoted in a post by reporter Glenn Collins in The New York Times "Diner's Journal" about a federal judge's approval of the sale of the Tavern's warehouse to P&N Bakery for $3.5 million.
According to Ms. Austin, "we have started whittling away at the debt...It's a definite step in the right direction."
