BRIDGEPORT, CT, June 17, 2007. Pullman & Comley, LLC has announced that Alex V. Hernandez, former Supervisory Assistant United States attorney for the U.S. Attorney's Office for the District of Connecticut, has joined the firm's White Collar Defense & Corporate Investigations Section as a partner in the firm’s Stamford and Bridgeport offices. Mr. Hernandez, who will chair the White Collar Defense Section, focuses his practice on representing individuals and institutions in federal and state criminal investigations and prosecutions and on conducting internal corporate investigations.
An Assistant U.S. Attorney since 1991, Mr. Hernandez served as a prosecutor for the Organized Crime and Drug Enforcement Task Force. He also served as the Supervisory Attorney for the Bridgeport U.S. Attorney's Office, where he led a team of 12 attorneys and six support personnel. Prior to 1991, he served for five years as an Assistant District Attorney in the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office.
