SEMINAR: Breakfast with DEEP Commissioner Katie Dykes

A Conversation with Commissioner Dykes and Review of the 2019 Legislative Session

The Department of Energy and Environmental Protection (DEEP) faces challenges and opportunities on both energy and environmental issues in 2019. Katie Dykes, formerly the Chair of Connecticut’s Public Utilities Regulatory Authority, has been recently confirmed as DEEP’s 13th Commissioner. Commissioner Dykes gave her perspective on what the future holds for Connecticut’s energy and environmental efforts as well as how these issues may impact the State’s economic future.

Following Commissioner Dykes' talk, a panel of Pullman & Comley attorneys provided updates on the 2019 legislative session and discussed the outlook for the local and regional regulatory landscape.
