Attorney Diane Whitney Moderated Women's Leadership Panel at 2018 National Air & Waste Management Association Meeting

Pullman & Comley attorney Diane W. Whitney, chair of the firm's Land Use practice moderated a panel on the topic of "Women in Leadership: Reflecting Upon Personal Growth," at the national Air & Waste Management Association meeting.   The panel featured two leaders in higher education, Rhona Free, president of the University of St. Joseph, and Maria (Marisa) Chrysochoou, Director, Connecticut Brownfields Initiative and Director, Environmental Engineering program, University of Connecticut who encouraged women to "take a seat at the table," take on additional leadership roles, and manage the perception of not being good enough for higher level positions in organizations.
