SEMINAR: Pullman & Comley Bankruptcy Attorneys Outline the Bankruptcy Process for CT Society of CPA's CPE

Attorneys Elizabeth J. Austin, Irve J. Goldman and Jessica Grossarth, members of the firm's Bankruptcy, Creditor's Rights and Financial Restructuring Practice, will present the CPE course, "What You Should Know About the Bankruptcy Process" for members of the Connecticut Society of CPA's

The presentation will cover the warning signs that a client is experiencing financial difficulties, how to best position your client for a bankruptcy proceeding, and the vital role that you as the accountant/financial advisor can play in a bankruptcy proceeding.  Additionally, the speakers will address the reporting requirements in a Chapter 11 proceeding, including preparation of monthly operating reports, and topics such as preferences, fraudulent conveyances, priority taxes and nondischargeability of taxes in individual bankruptcy cases.

This course is eligible for 2.0 in-person CPE credits and is complimentary for CTCPA members in good standing.
