Pullman & Comley attorney David P. Atkins, chair of the firm's Litigation Department and Professional Liability Section, was a co-panelist at Calvary Hospital's Twelfth Annual Trusts and Estates Conference. The conference, titled "It's a Brave New World: Ethical Considerations in the Use of Social Media & Technology," explored the impact of social media usage on the legal profession and the ethical factors of which trusts and estates practitioners should be aware.
The conference was organized by Calvary’s Professional Advisors Council (PAC). The PAC was established by the Calvary Fund, Inc. in 2001 to assist the Board of Directors and staff in securing the financial support required to operate the country’s only acute care specialty hospital dedicated to the palliative care of adult advanced cancer patients.
