Leading corporations across the country recognize employee diversity as a key part of their business strategies. But despite many recent positive legal developments for the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT) community, LGBT professionals continue to encounter challenges in the workplace.
This dynamic panel discussion featured several gay and transgender professionals and explored how businesses can create and foster supportive work environments for their LGBT colleagues.
