FORUM: Client Intake Procedures: Ways to Identify and Manage the Risky Client

Pullman & Comley attorneys David P. Atkins and Marcy Tench Stovall led a lunchtime discussion among law firm risk management partners and administrators on the underlying cause of many, if not most, damages claims and disciplinary complaints against law firms:  undesirable clients.  The program identified effective case evaluation and business intake procedures for law firms.
