Richard J. Pober is a member of the Litigation, Corporate and Business and Family Law practices.
Richard has a diverse and complex litigation- and transactional-oriented practice. He has successfully tried state and federal civil and jury trials, mediation and arbitration in Connecticut, New York and other jurisdictions in the United States and England. His practice is real world business and corporate representation to avoid litigation. Richard has practiced divorce and family law and probate litigation for more than 30 years.

- Represented a limited partner in acquisition of a minority interest in the New York Yankees
- $5.8 million manufacturing business acquisition in Stamford, Connecticut
- $16.5 million construction loan including SWAP documents and conversion of construction loan to conventional financing
- Complex probate litigation including work with Australian counsel and multi-jurisdiction cases
- Divorce and prenuptial litigation throughout Connecticut, some divorce matters in excess of $100 million
- Special Masters in Connecticut for divorce litigation
- Created new law in Connecticut in probate decision concerning new spouse and children from prior marriage (reported in Quinnipiac Probate Law Journal, Vol. 24, 2010)
- Successful 6th Circuit Court of Appeals reversal of U.S. District Court of Western District of Tennessee dismissal of partnership case
