Raul G. Flores is an associate in Pullman & Comley’s Public Finance Department.

Raul has served as bond counsel and underwriter’s counsel in a variety of tax-exempt municipal financings, including general obligation bonds, revenue bonds and wastewater financing. In his capacity as counsel, Raul has drafted primary financing documents and closing documents, including indentures, bond purchase agreements, lease agreements, resolutions, legislation and opinions. In addition, he has experience in due diligence, as well as in researching various municipal, tax and public finance issues.

Prior to joining Pullman & Comley in 2008, Raul was a summer associate at the firm.
