Michael P. Carrington practices in Pullman & Comley’s Litigation Department and Bankruptcy and Creditors’ Rights Section. He represents debtors, secured and unsecured creditors, creditors’ committees and trustees in formal bankruptcy proceedings and out-of-court workouts.
Prior to joining Pullman & Comley in 2009, Michael was a summer associate at the firm. Previously he served as a law clerk in Office of the General Counsel for Environment, U.S. Department of Energy. While at Colgate University, Michael was a member of the Debate Society and competed in several national and international tournaments.

- Represented creditors and debtors in Chapter 7 and 11 in litigation concerning claims objections, discharge and dischargeability of debts, preferences, fraudulent conveyances, injunction proceedings, relief from the automatic stay, executory contracts and unexpired leases
