
Carrianna K. Field reviews and implements corporate governance documents and is involved in the structuring and dissolution of entities, including new businesses established in Connecticut for the film industry, and in the documentation and due diligence for various types of transactions. In addition, Carrie reviews, drafts and negotiates various commercial contracts supporting the general business needs of the firm’s clientele. Carrie also practices in the area of energy and utilities law, where she represents clients in rate hearings before various public utility regulatory bodies.
Carrie has experience drafting major bond documents such as bond resolutions, purchase contracts and loan agreements. In addition, Carrie reviews, drafts and negotiates various closing documents and completes due diligence review supporting the firm in its representation as bond counsel, trustee’s counsel, underwriter’s counsel and letter of credit bank counsel.
She serves on Pullman & Comley's Orientation, Recruiting and Diversity Committees, and was a summer associate at the firm while in law school.
