Aaron G. Bowman practices in the firm’s Corporate and Business Department and Banking Section. As a member of the firm’s Corporate and Business Department, Aaron represents clients ranging from sole proprietorships to private equity firms in a wide variety of corporate matters. His practice includes mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, provision of advice regarding internal organizational issues, contract review and negotiation, entity formation and dissolution, and federal and state tax matters. Aaron has represented both municipal entities and private clients before the Internal Revenue Service and the Connecticut Department of Revenue Services.
As a member of the firm’s Banking Section, Aaron practices in the areas of state and federal bank regulatory compliance and consumer lending. Aaron represents lenders in the preparation of consumer loan products and provides related advice.

- Provision of advice related to interpreting the Truth-in-Lending Law, the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, the Equal Credit Opportunity Act and other state and federal laws affecting mortgage lending
- Preparation of loan products and provision of advice related to open-end and closed-end credit products such as mortgage loans, home equity loans, home equity lines of credit, boat loans, automobile loans, marketable securities line of credit
- Preparation of documents related to the institution of a wholesale lending program for major regional financial institution
