Cara Ann Ceraso is an associate in the Litigation Department. Cara works out of the Stamford and Bridgeport offices representing clients in commercial litigation matters in both state and federal courts in New York and Connecticut. Her practice includes representation of individual and commercial clients in matters involving contract disputes, unfair trade practices, misappropriation of trade secrets and proprietary information, employment disputes, breach of fiduciary duty and mechanic’s liens foreclosures. Cara also represents municipalities in matters involving land use and enforcement of municipal rules and regulations.

Prior to joining Pullman & Comley, Cara gained extensive litigation experience in the areas of insurance coverage and products liability at an international insurance defense firm. Cara also acquired a thorough understanding of estate planning and administration as well as real estate and guardianship matters at a small trusts and estates firm where she began her practice of law in 2004. There she was first exposed to litigation in the probate realm.

• Represented commercial land developer in action to enforce liquidated damages provision in purchase and sale agreement
• Represented company in federal court action obtaining temporary restraining order to enjoin computer crimes and theft and misuse of trade secrets
