Matthew L. Stone is an associate in the Environmental Law Department at Pullman & Comley, LLC. 

Prior to joining the firm, Matt served as counsel at the Connecticut Clean Energy Fund (CCEF).  He represented CCEF before various administrative law and regulatory entities, including the Connecticut Department of Public Utility Control.  He was also responsible for drafting and negotiating various legal instruments including grant contracts and loan documents; drafting regulatory and policy plans, reports and compliance filings; and complying with CCEF's Freedom of Information Act obligations.

Matt's prior experience includes serving as brownfields coordinator for the Regional Growth Partnership in New Haven and also as legislative liaison for the Connecticut Development Authority.
